We ship all orders via USPS with the following options:

• Priority Shipping—$20 (Delivery in 1-2 business days)

The company is not obligated to collect sales tax in all states. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email via mckclothingboutique@gmail.com with a USPS tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• MCK Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned by USPS.

• If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office first.

• If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Shipping Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

• MCK Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Local Pickup

• We offer a free local pickup option at MCK Boutique

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your pickup confirmation email.
